Personal Injury Solicitor

Job Overview Due to continued expansion within the firm, Satchell Moran is seeking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our department.An attractive package in excess of 60,000.00/70,000.00 OTE is on offer for the right candidate.The ideal candidate will: - Have at least 3 years experience of dealing with Personal Injury claims, including litigated cases. Proactive Case Management and progression Have a strong billing history. Proclaim Case Management Experience Responsibilities: Running a caseload of Employer Liability , Public Liability , Road Traffic Accident , and Criminal Injury cases from inception to conclusion, including investigations, obtaining expert evidence to confirm condition and prognosis of the client, drafting Letters of Claim, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings and litigation as appropriate. Vetting and risk assessing new cases coming into the department. Liaising and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
