Medical Negligence Solicitor

Job Overview Medical Negligence Solicitor Due to continued expansion within the firm, Satchell Moran is seeking to recruit an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join or our expanding department.The ideal candidate will: - Have at least 5 years experience of dealing with Medical Negligence claims, including litigated cases. Proactive Case Management and progression Have a strong billing history. Be able to proactively assist with the development of the department, to include developing and identifying sources of work. Proclaim Case Management ExperienceResponsibilities will include: - Running a caseload of Medical Negligence cases from inception to conclusion, including investigations, obtaining expert evidence to confirm condition and prognosis of the client, drafting Letters of Claim, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings and litigation as appropriate. Vetting and risk assessing new cases coming into the department. Liaising and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
