A well-regarded Legal 500-ranked firm based in Liverpool is looking for an NQ - years PQE Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and varied team. The team handles a wide range of litigation matters, with particular focus on insolvency and debt recovery, alongside commercial and corporate disputes. The Role Advise clients across the full spectrum of litigation matters, including insolvency, debt recovery, commercial disputes, etc. Manage a caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting pleadings, attending court, and negotiating settlements. Work closely with partners and senior team members to provide high-quality, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base. About You Qualified solicitor with strong litigation experience (NQ-1 years PQE). Experience handling general commercial disputes (insolvency and debt recovery would be adventurous).
