Due to the development and expansion of the Clinical Negligence department, they are now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive to take on some high quality claims (mixture of pre and post litigated) and help drive a thriving team.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in Clinical Negligence and specifically handling their own caseload from inception to settlement. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of investigating liability/quantum and instructing experts.
