Recruiter - Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)Are you a passionate recruiter looking for your new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our in-house recruitment team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This position is office-based 5 days per week, from our Support Centre in Speke.In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting and hiring the best talent for a wide range of retail positions including management roles across our 750+ stores. From partnering with hiring managers to making offers, you’ll help us deliver a first-class recruitment experience and build strong talent pipelines for the future.We’re looking for someone with a strong background in recruitment, a proven track record in filling vacancies, and a creative approach to candidate attraction. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, but this isn’t essential.In this role your day to day will include:Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.Creating and posting job adverts across various platforms.Maintaining and updating high volumes of applications through our ATS.Proactively sourcing candidates via databases, social media, and referrals.Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews to shortlist candidates.Coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates.Providing a positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication.Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates with stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or from an agency background.Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding.Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).Exceptional organisation skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.A proactive, results-driven approach, with flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced team.We offer you a range of great benefits including discount in our stores, a colleague portal offering discount for numerous retailers, hospitality & much more!
