The role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Growing and leading a successful recruitment team Identifying and attracting new clients and candidates through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates and providing them with exceptional service throughout the recruitment process. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and placement. Achieving and exceeding revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the company. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving your own skills and knowledge.
