About the Role: Reporting to the Group HR Manager but embedded at one of their satellite sites, youll be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, offering practical guidance, resolving issues, and supporting business performance through great people practices. From managing employee relations and leading investigations, to coaching managers, driving recruitment, and enhancing onboarding, your role will be varied and rewarding. Youll also lead on performance reviews, training needs analysis, and engagement initiatives that help their people thrive. This is a role where youll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, make decisions with confidence, and be a visible, proactive part of the sites HR structure. Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for HR-related queries and employee concerns Support recruitment and onboarding alongside line managers Handle investigations, disciplinary and performance processes Identify skills gaps and coordinate training initiatives
