Demolition Manager

Job Description We are currently working with a well-established demolition and enabling works contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Demolition Manager to oversee projects across London and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced demolition professional to join a growing contractor delivering complex demolition, strip-out and enabling works packages across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.The role would suit someone with strong operational experience who is confident managing multiple demolition projects from pre-start through to completion.The RoleAs Demolition Manager, you will be responsible for managing demolition operations across a number of sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.You will work closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors to coordinate demolition works, ensuring compliance with all health 'safety and environmental regulations.Key Responsibilities Managing demolition projects across London from mobilisation through to completion Overseeing site teams including supervisors, plant operators and subcontractors Ensuring strict compliance with health 'safety procedures and demolition regulations Preparing and reviewing demolition methodologies, risk assessments and method statements Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout project delivery Managing programme, resources, plant and labour requirements Monitoring site progress and reporting to senior management Ensuring works are delivered to programme, quality and budget expectationsRequirements Proven experience working as a Demolition Manager or Senior Demolition Supervisor Strong experience managing demolition and enabling works projects Excellent understanding of demolition processes, sequencing and safety procedures Experience coordinating plant, labour and subcontractors on site Strong communication and leadership skillsEssential Qualifications CCDO Gold Card (Demolition Supervisor) or CCDO Black Card (Demolition Manager) SMSTS First Aid at Work Full UK Driving LicenceIf you are an experienced Demolition Manager looking for your next opportunity within a well established contractor delivering high-profile projects, please apply now and contact Luke Thompson for more information.
