Job Description Job Title:Floor Layer (Social Housing)Location:MerseysideJob Type: Temp to PermRate: 19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor layer who has experience with Flat Lay flooring to join a reputable contractor delivering works across tenantedin the North West. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering consistent work with the potential for a permanent position.Key Responsibilities:Installation of flat lay vinyl flooringin occupied/void social housing properties.Preparing subfloors including latex screeding and floor smoothingCutting, fitting and finishing flooring to a high standard.Ensuring properties are left clean and safe after works are completed.Working respectfully in tenanted propertiesand maintaining good tenant relations.Following all health and safety procedures on site.Requirements:Proven experience installing flat lay vinyl flooringExperience working in domestic or social housing properties.NVQ in a relevant trade, Floor laying, Joinery ectAbility to carry out floor preparation and finishing works.Own toolsCSCS card preferred.Full UK driving licenceWhat We Offer:19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella).Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects.Van and fuel card providedWeekly pay.Temp to perm opportunity with an established contractor.How to Apply: Apply now to secure your place, or contact us for further information.JBRP1_UKTJ
