Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Trainee Quantity Surveyor Liverpool Salary 30k-35k+car allowance I am currently in the market for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Trainee Quantity Surveyor for a regional main contractor. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are in the market to add to their commercial teams with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. They would like a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Quantity Surveyor come and join their commercial team in the office in Liverpool. The candidate they are looking for will be driven and keen to learn and thrive in their business. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally be 1 year post graduation. My clients spread of contracts ranges from 4million to around up to about 25 million. A good variety of projects in commercial and residential new build projects. The Assistant Quantity Surveyors would be working from the office in Liverpool along side another Assistant QS.Learning and working on pre construction project stages, assisting with pre tender documentation and offering commercial support. This position with be offering the opportunity to be further developed into a full Quantity Surveying role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and developing contractor. Individual Requirements: Relevant Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar (BSc level or equivalent) or working towards Construction Industry related experience My client is happy to consider various levels from, Junior, Trainee and Proven Assistants.
