Job DescriptionMechanical Project ManagerLocation We are ideally seeking a candidate based in the Northwest who is willing to travel to client sites as needed.About the RoleAs a Mechanical Project Manager, you will collaborate directly with the Managing Director to ensure that Mechanical projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will evaluate large-scale, complex opportunities and work alongside the team to identify key revenue prospects. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and group resources to produce compliant and successful tender submissions.Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:Take active responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities of the mechanical projects portfolio. Collaborate with the leadership team to expand and grow revenue streams and opportunities in the UK. Generate quotes and secure revenue streams while effectively managing available labour to exceed profit goals and expectations. Identify opportunities for new disciplines, revenue streams, or market sectors that can support adis growth strategy. Work with the leadership team to assess and evaluate new business opportunities. Identify and secure new clients and sites for adi. Build and maintain relationships, developing them into long-term business partnerships.
