With a strategic growth mandate across multiple markets, theynow seek additional expertise to join their expanding team and report directly to the overall head of the division.Theteam currently comprises of 4 professionals. Its the ideal time to join a firm with a strong brand and respected reputation, yet within a team small enough for you to make a real impact and be highly visible.The team manages a portfolio mainly across Liverpool and North West as a whole and you will be responsible for Valuations across a variety of Commercial, Residential and Development assets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their next step, taking ownership of a varied portfolio, supporting ongoing and new instructions, whilst being part of a wider, national team. There will also be mentoring opportunities to support those at the beginning of their career.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Valuation of a variety of commercial, residential, and development assetsThorough understanding of RICS StandardsUndertaking inspections, research and writing of valuation reports for a variety of different purposesincluding internal asset purposes, secured lending, and pension purposes.Promoting our services, generating new businessand maintaining strong working relationships with clientsSupporting the team with fee proposals for new businessSupporting ongoing and new instructions for colleagues and existingclientsMentoring junior members of the teamBuilding relationships across thenational valuation team and wider service linesWHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer (preferably)Good knowledge of the local property marketsA full driving licenceAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines and within specific agreed fees.Proficient in valuation and Microsoft office softwareWilling to work in support of the wider team, whilst also taking responsibility for their own caseload.WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?A discretionary bonus schemeCompany Car/Car AllowanceIndividual Private HealthcareExcellent holiday of 25-30 days based on tenure + Birthday day + Christmas LeaveEnhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leaveAccess to a 24/7 mental health & wellbeing service.An Online perk portalVolunteering Leave daysJBRP1_UKTJ
