Your key responsibilities will include: Business Partnering: Collaborating closely with leadership teams across functions such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align financial goals with business strategies. Financial Reporting: Leading the preparation of financial reports and providing clear analysis of performance drivers. Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks, and highlighting opportunities. Performance Analysis: Delivering actionable insights for critical business decisions, including investments and market expansions. Cost Management: Supporting pricing strategies and product cost analysis to drive profitability. What We're Looking For: We're on the hunt for an ambitious and driven finance professional who's eager to grow and thrive. The ideal candidate will bring: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification FMCG experience is desirable Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience. A commercial mindset, with a proven ability to influence decision-making. Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
