Were looking for a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial legal professional to build, shape, and lead our expanding Private Client department currently covering Wills, Probate, Trusts and Powers of Attorney. We wish to develop and expand to include additional reserved work.Youll be joining a well-established firm with strong local roots and an existing flow of private client enquiries, ready to be developed into a thriving, high-performing department. This is a real opportunity to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and make your mark.This is an office-based role. You will also have dedicated time for business development building relationships with financial advisors, care providers and community organisations across the Liverpool City Region to drive sustainable growth. What Were Looking For A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with solid experience in Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Estate Planning. Confident handling files independently and providing clear, compassionate client advice. Commercially minded, creative, and motivated to grow a department from the ground up. Able to build and maintain professional relationships (IFAs, care providers, agents) and generate repeat work.
