Job Opportunity: Finance Business Partner - Temporary to Permanent Location: Speke (Hybrid - 2 days in the office) Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum Contract: Temporary to Permanent Company: A Well-Known Business in Speke Are you a commercially-minded finance professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? A leading, well-known business based in Speke is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: As Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support to key stakeholders. Your duties will include: Acting as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, influencing decision-making through financial insight Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts with variance analysis Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes Analysing financial performance and providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency Leading regular business review meetings with non-financial stakeholders Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives Supporting the development and implementation of financial models and business cases Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and project work as required About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset TPBN1_UKTJ
