Skills Coach/Apprenticeship Trainer- APM Pertemps Work Based Learning is currently working with a great national training provider. Rated by Ofsted as Good , this is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working within Apprenticeship delivery and Project Management We are looking for an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach on a fully remote basis. The Skills Coach will be delivering Levels 4 to individuals achieving their apprenticeship qualifications in Associate Project Management (APM) Salary between £32,000- £34000 Remote Working, with flexible hours. Option for Flexible Working Internal Health and Wellbeing Team Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer Skills Coach- Associate Project Manager (APM) Deliver engaging learning programs in order to support learners towards their Apprenticeship Qualification in APM Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners' individual needs. Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification. Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential. Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence Skills, Experience and Qualifications for the Project Manager Skills Coach Hold a recognised Project Management Qualification such as APM or Prince 2 or equivalent Vocational experience within Project Management Assessor's Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent) Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not required (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent). Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management- Knowledge of Project Manager standards would be highly desirable.
