In revenue to build a pipeline worth over 100 million for our clients future growth. If you're fired up about working alongside some of the top UK based clients and ready to lead big-ticket deals, our opportunities As a trainee BDM, We will train you to Speak to clients based om high-value deals across our spec for our team and how we can drive portfolios forward Deliver 1220M in revenue annually for our clients and build a forward pipeline of 100M+ across I&C clients. Be the face of our brand at major industry events, building visibility and trust with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Support the senior team in generating leads through calls, emails, and networking. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Help with organizing client visits, meetings, and calls. What you Bring: Proven track record in customer facing positions, and entry for promotions into management roles Hands-on experience navigating high performing teams and environments and driving opportunities within the company. Sound understanding of using online systems, our clients and what they need from us Great communication skills to influence from the office space to the boardroom Energy - we want to ensure you bring a great positive attitude every single day Proactive attitude - You take initiative and you show enthusiasm Team player - You work well with coaching and adapting to developing new skills Why Join Us?
