About the Role We're working with a high-growth, fast-paced business in the consumer goods sector to recruit a newly created Finance Business Partner role. This position has been designed to strengthen the commercial arm of the finance team, focusing on performance, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration rather than traditional reporting. You'll work closely with a small established controllership team with your own remit centred around budgeting, forecasting, commercial insight, and business partnering across multiple operational teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with teams across Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Stock, and Marketing to support decision-making and drive performance Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes, offering meaningful insights and challenge where needed Conduct detailed financial and performance analysis to identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost efficiency Deliver insight to drive disciplined cost control and improve business understanding of financial performance Handle large datasets to deliver clear reporting and commercial recommendations Support audit and tax pack preparation as part of the wider finance team Key Requirements Strong commercial acumen with a business partnering mindset Operational finance experience in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with complex datasets A relevant accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or actively studying towards The Offer Competitive salary of 40,000 - 50,000 Hybrid working A chance to make a real impact in a newly created role with visibility across the business Work alongside a high-performing finance team within a business known for its growth, innovation, and employee culture TPBN1_UKTJ
