What You'll Be Doing Produce and analyse monthly management accounts for the group and subsidiaries. Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and lead monthly budget review meetings. Support annual budget setting and ongoing budget management. Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating external audits. Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls. Drive value-for-money initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement. Contribute to long-term financial planning, including VAT and corporation tax planning. What We're Looking For Part-qualified Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and business planning. Proven experience in a finance role within a large or complex organisation. Excellent IT literacy - advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
