Group Tax Manager, FTSE 100. 6 month contract

Job Description An exciting role has been created at a fast growing FTSE 100 business for a Group Tax Manager to further expand the team. Working closely with the Head of Tax, you'll manage international tax planning, transfer pricing, M&A due diligence, and the implementation of new regulations like Pillar 2. Specific responsibilities include:Conduct or oversee tax due diligence for acquisitions, partnering with external advisors as neededDevelop and maintain global transfer pricing policies and governance in partnership with external advisorsEnsure compliance with Country by Country Reporting and implementing Public CbCROversee Pillar 2 readiness and implementation across jurisdictionsThis is broad and varied role that would suit someone with strong international tax experience. They've decided to recruit the role on a 6-month contract initially and have a flexible approach to hybrid working. Ideally, they'd like someone to be in their City based office 2-3 days / week.
