Job Description I am currently partnering with a growing insurer to recruit a Claims Handler to join their Liverpool based team. Hybrid policy 2 days per week and is paying up to 30,000+ on the base.This opportunity would suit someone with claims experience across any line of business, who is confident handling more complex policies and claims scenarios and is looking to further develop in a supportive, professional environment.The RoleManage a caseload of claims from FNOL through to settlementAct as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycleAssess claims against policy coverage and terms, including more complex casesLiaise with adjusters, brokers, and third parties to progress claims efficientlyEnsure claims are handled fairly, accurately, and in line with regulatory standardsExperience neededPrevious experience in insurance claims handling (any line of business)Ability to understand and interpret complex policy wordingsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilityOrganised, with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload
