Asset Manager

Job Description Vercity are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager at one of Liverpool's flagship hospitals - 1 of our 100+ projects across the UK and North America - a site and project of which we are very proud. The successful candidate will be experienced in healthcare and SPV/PFI to join our established team and report to the project General Manager.You will be the bridge between the hospital management board and the facilities service provider.
