They are a full-service law firm that are seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.Duties will include:Managing sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial property.Site acquisitions and development.Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.Drafting various legal documentation.Desired SkillsA qualified Solicitor with a minimum of NQ+ years.What they offer:Salary depending on experience £40,000+25 days holiday.
