Job Description Hybrid | Littlehampton, West Sussex (3 days office / 2 days home)Please note: the company is unable to offer visa sponsorship, and due to limited public transport links, applicants will ideally need to drive or have access to reliable transport to reach the Littlehampton office.Do you love design and have a genuine passion for beauty and skincare?Are you ready to take your creative skills into a fast-paced, inspiring environment where your work really matters?A well-established skincare brand is looking for a Graphic Designer (Digital Focus) to join their busy, creative team.This hybrid role is based three days a week at their head office in Littlehampton, West Sussex, with two days working from home.Working closely with senior designers and the wider marketing team, youll take ownership of projects and create high-quality digital assets that shine across social media, websites, email campaigns, advertising, and other brand touchpoints. Your work will help shape the look and feel of the brand, ensuring it remains bold, captivating, and consistent across all channels.What youll be doing:Designing and delivering digital assets for campaigns, social media, websites, email, advertising, and other brand initiatives.Ensuring all assets maintain brand integrity, with attention to detail and creative flair.Collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life efficiently and to the highest standard.Contributing fresh ideas and keeping up with design trends to continuously elevate the brands creative output.About you:At least 3 years experience in a design role, ideally within retail, e-commerce or other consumer-focused industries.A confident designer with a proven track record of producing high-quality digital assets across multiple channels.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience with Figma is a plus.Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.Creative and curious, with a proactive and collaborative approach.If you're a proactive and self-motivated individual, a keen learner who is driven and collaborative, this could be the perfect role for you.Early applications are encouraged.Please contact Thais for further details or email your CV today.-By email: [email protected] phone: +44 (0)1273 035 347
