Assembly Operative Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire Salary: 26,700 + possible overtime Shifts:Monday - Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-12noon What Youll Do: Handle explosive materials and components with care. Accurately interpret assembly drawings and production documents. Assemble components to precise tolerances using specialized equipment. Conduct self-inspections and quality checks. Update SAP systems to ensure accurate work progress tracking. What Were Looking For: Production/manufacturing experience in a similar environment. Basic understanding of engineering drawings and health 'safety procedures. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Team player who can also work independently under pressure.
