You will: Draw from your pre-existing supervisory experience, to effectively hit the ground running in leading the team. Supervise daily activity, KPIs, and targets Conduct audits, appraisals, and H&S checks Resolve defects and improve processes Train staff and ensure compliance (If qualified) manage radiographic techniques and standards About You: Proven supervisory/people management experience (essential) Background in manufacturing supervision (aerospace/defence/engineering) Strong knowledge of NDT (highly desirable) RT Qualification (X-ray/gamma rays) Certified to NAS410 / EN4179 standards Engineering degree, HND, or equivalent Skilled in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving Are you the right fit?
