If you're excited about joining us and think you have some of what we're looking for, even if you're not 100% sure we would love to hear from you.Role overviewWorking as part of a dedicated team, you'll be responsible for investigating suspected fraudulent third-party claims. You'll also be dealing with a caseload of multiple fraud types, gathering evidence and liaising with our panel solicitors to identify fraudster activity and making effective claim management decisions.Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in:Working promptly and accurately to gather all the relevant evidence for investigations - including contacting all the involved parties, conducting interviews, reviewing engineer's reports and assessing vehicle damageInvestigating multiple fraud typesSuccessfully managing and maintaining a live caseload of claims through its lifecycle utilising our systemsHaving a proactive attitude towards your caseload of work, having a keen eye for detail and confident communication skills to work as part of a team dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomesWorking in partnership with our panel of legal suppliers to ensure we're reaching the best commercial outcomes for Hastings Direct and our customersEnsuring that you're meeting customers fair and reasonable expectations and providing fair outcomesEssential skills/experience:Previous experience of handling motor fraud claimsProven background in claims handling and awareness of motor claims processesExcellent attention to detail as quality is paramount when dealing with suspected fraudulent claimsThe interview processOur interview process involves the below:Recruiter ScreeningInterview with Hiring Leader and another member of the wider Fraud teamAs a Disability Confident employer, we're committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are fully inclusive - for more information on the Disability Confident Scheme (DCS), please visit our inclusive business page on our careers website.
