Be part of one of the UKs top 10 Great Places to Work!You havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing settingLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)Experience assessing referrals and coordinating supportThe ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approachThe ability to work as part of a dynamic experienced team, have a great sense of humour and have the ability to deliver support in a fast paced service.Stronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves.
