Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Sales ManagerIdentify janitorial business opportunities. Report on sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Assess customer needs and recommend solutions. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to meet goals. Answer customer inquiries about features, pricing, and services. Cross-sell additional service products when appropriate. TCS EngineerInstall, commission, maintain, and repair dispensing and dosing equipment. Assemble and service equipment on-site. Conduct quality assurance and testing. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults; organize repairs. Manage parts ordering and returns; update electronic job sheets. Communicate regularly with the Technical Customer Services Team. Maintain van stock and organize tools and parts. Skills & RequirementsProficient in MS Office and electrical systems (reading diagrams). Experience in dispensing or dosing equipment (2-5 years preferred). Full UK driving license. Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
