This opportunity places you at the forefront of launching technically complex, highvalue programs that directly shape the future of modern manufacturing.Were looking for a Program Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and deliver flawless product launches in a fastmoving industrial environment.What You Will Be DrivingIn this strategic and handson role, you will:Lead full product launch cyclesOwn new products from early concept through to serial productionDrive timelines, budgets, scope, quality, and communicationInfluence technical decisionsSelect, source, and validate equipment and toolingOversee commissioning and buyoff of new machinesReview and maintain technical drawings and specificationsBuild reliable and scalable manufacturing processesEnsure processes meet customer specifications and quality standardsUpdate documentation when changes are requiredEstimate cycle times and assist in accurate quotationsBe the connector between customers, suppliers, and internal teamsAct as the key technical contact for customersCoordinate engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and suppliersLead APQP activities and structured launch processesDrive continuous improvementIdentify opportunities based on KPIs and customer feedbackSupport Lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteExperience Were Looking ForMusthave backgroundExperience in a highvolume manufacturing environmentExposure to the automotive sectorDirect involvement in launching new products for OEM customers (e.g., meeting OEM requirements, managing launch milestones, PPAP/APQP leadership)Technical & Professional SkillsEngineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related)Strong ability to prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentationsConfidence with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and statistical analysisIntermediateadvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint24 years of relevant industry experience in machining, manufacturing, or process engineeringWhat Makes This Role ExcitingA highresponsibility role for someone who wants to be the owner of major launch programs.
