Role : Financial Controller Location: Lisburn Salary: Competitive Contract: Permanent. Monday Friday. We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Lisburn . This role will focus on strengthening and maintaining a robust control environment, delivering accurate and timely month end reporting to the group and key stakeholders, leading and developing the finance team, and coordinating effectively with external auditors. In this role you will be: Overseeing the month end process to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Managing journal postings, reviewing supporting documentation, and implementing systemic fixes. Driving continuous process improvements in collaboration with the wider group. Ensuring correct intercompany reporting across both balance sheet and P&L. Reviewing and managing FX exposures for the Irish group (EUR and GBP). Conducting balance sheet reviews for all entities, resolving reconciling items and overseeing bad debt reviews with AR. Delivering quarterly updates to the finance team, motivating progress towards objectives. Presenting company performance insights to senior leadership and the executive team Leading budget and forecasting processes, including presenting outcomes to senior leadership. Managing and developing the senior finance team.
