Job Description Internal RecruiterWe are currently working with an established manufacturer based in Lisburn to recruit for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to work as part of a team.There is an attractive salary and benefits package on offer for this role.The internal Recruiter will support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment for the Operational side of the business.The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Actively sourcing suitable candidates from CV databases and professional networks Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability Responding to all applications in a timely manner Gaining and delivering feedback to candidates Providing general administrative support to the HR team by maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and assisting with performance management processes Effectively manage the on-boarding process in conjunction with internal departments. Identify and attend relevant recruitment events.What you will need to have for the Internal Recruiter role: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships for making a meaningful impact by placing top talent in key roles Proficiency with recruitment CRM systems and MS Office Full driving licence and access to own vehicleA detailed description is available on request
