Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with new and existing customers (builders, architects, quantity surveyors, landscapers, and homeowners).Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into salesPrepare and deliver accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close salesMeet and exceed sales targetsWork closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, technical specifications, and industry standards.Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executivesBuild rapport and establish long term relationships with customersQualificationsProven sales experience, ideally in the construction, building materials, or natural stone sector.Commercial awareness and understanding of construction/architectural processes.Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications (desirable)1-3 years sales experienceExperience and working knowledge of CRM systemsDemonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based commission.Ongoing training and product development support.Opportunity to work with high-quality natural stone products on prestigious projects.Career progression within a growing company
