Flexible working hoursHybrid working (2 days from home)Leading benefits package Opportunity to join an industry leader, with huge progression opportunitiesYou will;Lead the management of product ranges and category plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, market demand, and profit objectives.Conduct regular range reviews using best-practice category management principles, informed by market research, consumer insights, retailer feedback, and supplier innovation.Drive collaboration across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Store Design, HR, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Retailers, to ensure full engagement and execution of the category strategy.Develop seasonal supply plans that anticipate demand peaks and troughs, ensuring availability and operational efficiency.Partner with Sales and Marketing to boost customer loyalty, enhance the shopper experience, and maximise category performance.Criteria;Experience working within a buying / trading team with responsibility for managing categories or product portfoliosExperience in data analysis and interpretationProven track record of delivering commercial results in a fast-moving environmentExcellent Negotiation & Numeracy skillsExcellent working knowledge Microsoft package in particular ExcelFull salary and package details will be discussed upon application.
