We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Belfast who are seeking solicitors at all levels to join their Clinical Negligence team.The Role:The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Clinical Negligence team, providing legal services to a broad spectrum of healthcare professionals, with a focus on defence litigation. The candidate’s duties will include defending high-value clinical negligence claims and supporting clients through managing risk, complaint handling, serious incident investigations throughout the litigation process.Throughout the role, the candidate will gain an in-depth understanding of the complexities and challenges of all areas of clinical practice frequently faced by practitioners and organisations.
