They are seeking a few new team members across different PQE levels, from 2–10 years. This is an exciting opportunity for solicitors with transactional corporate experience — or commercial contracts experience with some exposure to corporate deals — to join a dynamic and growing team working on high-value matters.Key ResponsibilitiesActing on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and company reorganisations.Drafting and negotiating SPAs, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and other commercial contracts.Advising corporate clients across a range of sectors.Supporting senior lawyers on complex corporate projects.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development.Essential Skills and ExperienceQualified solicitor with transactional corporate or commercial contracts experience.PQE range: 2–10 years.Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.Excellent client management and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Ambition to develop further in corporate transactions (particularly relevant for more junior candidates).What’s on OfferExposure to high-value and complex corporate matters.Supportive, collaborative, and career-focused team environment.Competitive remuneration and benefits package.Next StepsThis is a great opportunity for solicitors looking to advance their career in corporate law.
