They have offices across the UK and are considering candidates based in Cardiff, Belfast and London.About the Role:A newly formed role and division, to sit alongside one other Advisor and reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager.A true end to end internal recruitment position, from working with line managers to sourcing candidates and onboardingThis is a busy role, where the team are looking for someone who is looking to expand their experience and work in an autonomous environment, able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle as well as suggest ideas and have strategic inputThere is a strategic element to this position, including the developing recruitment plans and building out the wider strategy of the growing teamScope to shape work around early careers, employer branding, tech-enabled hiring, and internal mobilityCandidate Specification:In-house end to end talent acquisition experience is essentialAgency talent acquisition experience is desiredStrong technical and data handling experience – experience using iTrent ATS is desirableOur client are looking for a proactive, conscientious and curious candidate who wants to develop in their career and take on additional responsibilitiesA candidate who is naturally inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders is ideal for this role!Additional Information:Salary: Up to £36.5k (for London-based candidates), or up to £33k for candidates outside of London, based on experienceOpen to candidates based in Belfast, Cardiff and London!Workplace Culture: Hybrid working set-up or the potential to be remoteStart Date: ASAPPermanent positionVery competitive benefits package, including 28 days holiday and performance-related payIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
