What Youll Be Doing Oversee a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, ensuring consistent, coordinated management. Liaise with legal, finance and property teams on lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations and surveys. Maintain asset management plans and ensure full compliance with the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, Service Charge Code and all regulatory requirements. Provide clear, data-driven reports on rental income, lease lifecycle events and property performance. What Were Looking For Experienced Surveyor with strong commercial awareness. Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law and property-related Health & Safety. Experience in commercial property management and setting/administering service charges. Knowledge of rating law and, ideally, residential property management. Full UK driving licence.
