The Role: Manage NPD projects from concept through to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and to customer requirements. Lead and support factory trials, working closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth scale-up into production. Problem-solve and troubleshoot process challenges to deliver commercially viable solutions. Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, providing technical support and innovation expertise. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in New Product Development within a food manufacturing environment. A strong track record of running factory trials and scaling up new products.
