Contract L&D Lead (Until Oct 2025) – Global Specialty InsurerHybrid Working (1 day a week in the office)We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to provide interim support to the L&D function of a global specialty insurer, ensuring continuity during a critical delivery phase.You’ll oversee BAU L&D operations, support the rollout of Future Skills Academy pilots, manage coaching engagement tracking, and ensure compliance training cycles are delivered effectively.
