Job Title: Commercial Property SolicitorLocation: Central LondonSalary: £70,000 (negotiable DOE)Working Pattern: HybridAbout the Role:AJ Chambers is working with a well-established firm in Central London who are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor, who has Residential experience, to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong commercial real estate experience who is looking to work in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completionHandle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, leases (granting and renewal), licenses, and landlord and tenant mattersAdvise on development work, property finance, and investment transactionsLiaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionalsEnsure all transactions comply with relevant legislation and internal proceduresProvide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationshipsActing for borrowers in refinancing.Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.Requirements:Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years PQE, however, for a Solicitor with an exceptional background, we can be flexible on thisStrong technical knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and landlord/tenant issuesExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload independently and efficientlyA proactive and client-focused approachWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and annual performance bonusContributory pension schemePrivate medical insurance25–30 days annual leaveHybrid working / flexible working hoursBonus schemesFriendly, collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progressionHow to Apply:If you're an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for your next challenge in Central London, we’d love to hear from you.
