Whether you’ve worked as a Product Designer who thinks like a Product Manager, or a Product Owner with a sharp eye for interface and UX, you’ll be central to shaping product direction, driving sprint cycles, and delivering thoughtful, usable solutions that directly impact customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn feature development end-to-end – from user discovery to final UI handoffLead discovery sessions with end users to surface real-world pain pointsTranslate research and feedback into wireframes, flows, and functional specsPrioritise based on data, user needs, and strategic impactMaintain and evolve the internal design system – simplicity and function firstDeliver clear client communications on new features and product updatesOwn incident reporting and maintain roadmap transparency across teamsContinuously raise UX standards with a focus on clarity, calmness, and ease-of-useRequired Skills & Experience3+ years in product or design roles within SaaS, marketplace platforms, or operations toolsConfident leading sprints, prototyping UX ideas, and engaging directly with usersStrong communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formatsProficient in tools like Figma, Notion, and product analytics platformsStrong intuition for intuitive, hierarchy-driven interfacesExperience working in lean, cross-functional product teamsEmpathy for users working under pressure
