Job Responsibilities: - Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. - Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. - Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimise downtime. - Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reduce waste. - Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor. - Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in injection moulding or a similar manufacturing role. - Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Relevant qualifications in engineering or manufacturing (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds). - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
