Account Manager – Cyber Security SolutionsOn behalf of a fast‑growing Cyber Security Solutions provider that helps organisations protect their digital assets and stay ahead of evolving threats, we are seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise clients.This role blends strategic account development with targeted new business activity, ensuring long‑term client success while expanding our footprint across key sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth across a portfolio of inherited accounts through proactive engagement and strategic account planningBuild strong, in‑person relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansionIdentify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by understanding client challenges and aligning relevant cyber security solutionsConduct regular client meetings, QBRs, and on‑site visits to strengthen partnershipsCollaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client needsMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentationSupport new business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities within both existing and net‑new accountsRepresent the company at industry events, client meetings, webinars, and networking forumsIdeal CandidateProven experience in account management or hybrid account management/business development, ideally within Cyber Security, IT Services, or SaaSStrong understanding of cyber security challenges and solution landscapesExceptional relationship‑building, communication, and consultative selling skillsComfortable meeting clients face‑to‑face and developing long‑term partnershipsSelf‑motivated, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple accounts effectivelyUK‑based with the right to work in the UKAble to travel to Oxford for monthly office meetings and to client sites as requiredWhat We OfferRemote‑first working cultureUncapped commission structureClear career development opportunities in a high‑growth sectorSupportive and collaborative team environmentAccess to training and certifications in cyber securityIf you're ready to make an impact by deepening client relationships and driving meaningful growth, we’d love to hear from you.
