The role involves client management, cross-functional leadership, risk and financial governance, and high-quality delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of P&C insurance projects.Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality governance.Act as primary client contact; manage expectations and communications.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (PMs, BAs, Dev, QA).Monitor financials, profitability, and delivery KPIs.Drive risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and compliance.Support RFI/RFP responses, maturity assessments, and test strategies.Must HaveBachelor’s degree; PMP/CSM/Insurance certifications preferred.15+ years in project/delivery managementStrong P&C Insurance experience .Strong domain knowledge (policy admin, products, regulations).Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex programs.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Good to HaveINS21/24, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certifications.
