Recruitment Specialist

Delstad Recruitment is hiring!We’re looking for two experienced 360 Recruitment Specialists to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is a great opportunity for recruiters who are confident managing the full recruitment cycle and delivering results independently.⸻What You’ll Be Doing:• Managing the full 360 recruitment process• Conducting outbound client and candidate calls• Sending CVs to live roles and speculative prospects• Updating daily activity logs in our internal systems• Meeting weekly performance KPIs⸻Requirements:• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment (agency background essential)• Strong phone manner and communication skills• Able to work independently and manage your own desk• Confident using CRMs, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools⸻What We Offer:• Fully remote position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)• Base salary of £25,000 pa + commission bonuses• Full onboarding and system support• Flexible and supportive team culture + MORE
