Come and join a great team with big plans.We’re currently seeking two dedicated and proactive individuals to take on the role of Production Support Operator at our Lincoln site. Reporting directly to the Print Manager, the successful candidates will play a key role in supporting our production operations by managing cleaning, processes, waste control and core cutting across multiple departments.This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, safety and compliance within our print team. You’ll operate specialist equipment including the Renzmann solvent recovery unit and core cutter, ensuring all waste streams are handled correctly and environmental standards are met.What you’ll be doing:Operate and maintain the Renzmann solvent recovery unit, controlling ink and solvent waste.Clean anilox rollers, reporting any damage promptly.Manage all waste from print, including glue and doctor blades.Keep the yard clean and tidy at all times.Operate and maintain the core cutter, ensuring cores are available for production.Support warehouse processes including palletisation and waste management.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene and environmental standards.Liaise with shift managers and supervisors to resolve ongoing issues.Provide flexibility by assisting other service areas when required.To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to demonstrate:A valid counterbalance forklift licence (preferable).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Training or willingness to train on Renzmann operation.Good timekeeping, flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement.Strong awareness of safety, hygiene and quality standards.Highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude and pride in your work.Shift pattern:12-hour shifts (days and nights)Weekend availability: RequiredKey competencies:Safety and food safety awareness.Quality checking and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork.Problem-solving and innovation.Commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement.At ProAmpac, we make a positive difference not just for our customers, but also for our people.
