Permanent, Full timeWe are looking for a Groundworker to be a part of our team, based from our office in Lincoln, LN1 1DU.About the RoleJoining our team, youll carry out a variety of technical service tasks within a social housing setting. Youll manage all tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring and materials ready prior to undertaking any tasks. Receiving and completing assigned tasks using a mobile device (with training provided), youll work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.About YouCandidates will have previous experience as a Groundworker and will have experience in all aspects of external works such as fencing replacements, flagging, concreting, small tarmac works, small brickwork replacements and drainage remedials.Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in groundworks, youll be customer focused and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
