Planning Manager

This is a key leadership position, offering real autonomy to shape site-wide planning performance and directly influence strategic production delivery.What You’ll Be Doing as Planning Manager:Leading and implementing a site-wide planning strategy to meet customer demand and delivery targetsManaging MRP execution, order creation, and WIP controlWorking closely with production, procurement, supply chain and quality to coordinate efficient planningLeading and developing a skilled team, supporting training and continuous improvementDriving capacity planning, lead time reduction and improved delivery performanceSetting scheduling guidelines and KPIs, and ensuring accurate reporting and forecastingContributing to cross-functional improvement initiatives and operational decision-makingWhat you’ll need as the Planning Manager:Extensive planning experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a highly regulated industry such as aerospaceStrong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsConfident leadership with experience managing teams and cross-functional coordinationSkilled in capacity analysis, lean planning, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication skills with a proactive and flexible approachIf you're a driven Planning Manager looking to take ownership of a high-impact role in a global manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
