Executive Search Recruiter – SaaS and Software Sales(Delivery and warm client development)Location: Home-based, five days a week, with one fully expensed day in London each monthSalary: Up to £70,000 basic, with OTE comfortably reaching £115,000Travel: 2–3 international client visits per year (Middle East and USA)Culture: A mature, collaborative team of seasoned recruiters. All mandates come via trusted networks and referrals. You’ll be joining a business with a warm client base and a reputation for delivery. Candidate focus is paramount: we’re looking for someone who excels at engaging and delivering top-tier talent across global markets.About the Company:Our client is a niche executive search firm specialising in international placements within the Health and Education software sectors. Their reputation is built on trust, insight, and results — not volume or sales scripts.You’ll work closely with one of the co-founders to help grow the brand across the US, APAC, and MENA regions. Clients and candidates value discretion and credibility, so relationship-building happens through service and internal referrals, not cold outreach.All work is retained or exclusive, and you’ll be supported by a part-time researcher.What's on offer:• A warm client base with 9 active projects• Scope to develop further through warm referrals and introductions• Average fee per placement: £28,000–£32,000• Candidates based globally• Hours: 8.30am–6pm, with flexibility and full diary ownershipMust have's:• Bachelor’s degree• Minimum 5 years’ recruitment experience, including retained assignments• International travel readiness• Comfortable working remotely without micro-management• Strong research and market interpretation skills• Background in SaaS, commercial tech sales, or similar• Proven ability to manage exclusive, detailed roles at paceBenefits:• Full medical plan after six months• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays• All travel fully expensedThis role suits someone who is self-managed, commercially astute, and confident networking at C-suite level.
